Staff Profile - Mark Hankin

Mark has had over fifteen years’ experience in the construction industry; Ten years within the civil construction industry and five years managing Lightning Brick Pavers. His widespread knowledge in paving and construction is what makes him a great leader within the Lightning Brick team.

He has a comprehensive understanding of civil, commercial and domestic hard scape construction and finishes. Mark’s role includes project estimating, scaling and budgeting within his current job role as operations manager.

Mark’s primary focus is to provide a service that delivers quality workmanship and safety within a timely schedule. He has proven his ability to take on any business related challenges that may arise whilst maintaining productivity within a work crew.

Mark has spent several years as a paving supervisor working at ground level on various large scale projects for Lightning Brick Pavers and he has an exceedingly widespread knowledge when it comes to paving, brick laying and granite (kerb & slab installation). He is an excellent team motivator with exceptional communication skills within a site environment which allows him to guide his working crew to meet the client’s needs and deadlines.
