Peter has extensive knowledge and many years of on-ground experience as a site manager. He shows attention to detail, has excellent pre-planning and presents strong communication and coordination skills which, when applied to operations between subcontractors and plant operations, will ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. Through his strong leadership and management skills, Peter is a valued mentor to his crew members.
Peter has immense experience in safety, environmental and quality management. He always adheres to strict safety laws at all times within office and site environments, completes traceable quality records that track activities and material and manages sub contractor procurement and liaison to achieve the best fit for the project.
